360 PHOTO BOOTH DISCLAIMER

To Whom It May Concern:

This document outlines important safety and usage guidelines for the operation of the 360 Photo Booth. By engaging our services and using the 360 Photo Booth, the Client and all guests acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Assumption of Risk
Participation in the use of the 360 Photo Booth is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk. Starlights Decor, its employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal belongings that may occur during the use of the booth.
2. Platform Usage & Capacity
The 360 Photo Booth platform has a maximum capacity, as communicated by our team on-site. Guests must follow all instructions provided by Starlights Decor personnel. Reckless or unsafe behaviour (including, but not limited to, jumping, sudden movements, misuse) is strictly prohibited to ensure the safety of all users.
3. Health & Safety Considerations

The 360 Photo Booth is not recommended for individuals who:

- Are pregnant

- Have balance or mobility issues

- Experience motion sickness or dizziness

- Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Participation is at the discretion of the individual. Guests with medical concerns are advised not to use the booth.

4. Children and Minors
Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times when using the booth. Starlights Decor staff are not responsible for supervising minors.
5. Damage to Equipment
Any intentional damage to, or misuse of, the 360 Photo Booth or its equipment will be the responsibility of the Client and may result in additional charges for repair or replacement.
6. Consent to Recording & Media Use
By participating in the 360 Photo Booth experience, guests consent to being recorded. These recordings may be shared with the Client or event organiser after the event.
7. Event Time and Operation Policy

- The 360 Photo Booth will operate strictly within the time slot confirmed at the time of booking. Setup will be completed before the scheduled start time, and the booth will close at the scheduled end time.

- No changes to the start or end time will be permitted after the booking has been confirmed. Any request to operate outside the agreed time will not be accommodated.

- The full booking duration must be used consecutively. Split-time bookings are not allowed unless the client books the total time required to cover multiple sessions. Extended hours will be charged at R2,000.00 per hour (ex. VAT). Partial or interrupted use is not permitted unless fully booked and paid for in advance.

8. Acknowledgement and Agreement
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in the 360 Photo Booth Disclaimer. I also accept full responsibility for communicating these terms to all guests using the booth during my event.
